Depending on the operational performance, capacity, and other parameters of the proposed activity, as well as the significance of its impacts, it is necessary to prepare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Basic information<\/strong> of the proposed activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Notification of change<\/strong> of the proposed activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Information<\/strong> about proposed activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Impact evaluation report<\/strong> of the proposed activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the EIA is to <strong>ensure a high level of environmental protection and sustainable development<\/strong> through discovery, description and evaluation of direct and indirect environmental impacts of designed activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When is an EIA required?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An Environmental Impact Assessment is required if the proposed activity or project <strong>meets any of the thresholds<\/strong> listed in <a href=\"https:\/\/static.slov-lex.sk\/pdf\/prilohy\/SK\/ZZ\/2006\/24\/20250401_5690104-4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Annex 8<\/a> of Act No.\u202f24\/2006 Coll. These may include, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>total floor area of buildings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>number of parking spaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>production, storage, or processing capacity etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer you <strong>complex and expert assessment of environmental impacts<\/strong> of designed structures, facilities or activities and their adjustments in all areas of infrastructure, transport, industry, water and forest management, agriculture, sports and tourism as well as areas of renewable energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our company is <strong>recorded on the list of persons with specialist knowledge for assessment<\/strong> of environmental impacts, which is administered by the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic, under the number 51\/2010 \u2013 PO \u2013 OHPV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>We will produce complete documentation<\/strong> for the EIA procedure &#8211; plan, assessment, notice of adjustment to the designed activity, supporting studies (noise, diffusion, assessment of health risks, fauna and flora monitoring).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>We will represent you in front of competent bodies<\/strong> of the state administration, the self administration and the public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>We will organise a public hearing<\/strong> of the assessment report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will <strong>produce an expert assessment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will <strong>design the program of monitoring<\/strong>; we will ensure its fulfilment and expert evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-74","services","type-services","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/envis.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/services\/74","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/envis.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/services"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/envis.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/services"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/envis.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/envis.sk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=74"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
