On May 8, 2024, the Collection of Laws of the Slovak Republic published the Decree of the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic on registration and reporting obligations. This decree enables the introduction of waste reporting through the Waste Management Information System (ISOH) starting January 1, 2026.
