Consultancy in air protection spans from calculating air pollution fees, filling out NEIS forms, to preparing applications for consent, documentation, and reporting according to the Air Protection Act, the Air Pollution Fees Act, and the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Act.
We will ensure compliance with legal obligations in the field of air protection, such as:
- Categorization of air pollution sources
- Calculation of air pollution fees
- Monitoring and verification of compliance with emission limits, technical requirements, and operating conditions applicable to stationary sources
- Preparation of:
- Applications for approval of emission calculation methods,
- Operational records and NEIS tables (including sample calculation of annual air pollution fees),
- Operational documentation for all categories of air pollution sources,
- Set of technical and operational parameters and technical-organizational measures for operating air pollution sources,
- Notification of the operator's designation for equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases after its commissioning,
- Annual notification of the operator of stationary refrigeration equipment, stationary air conditioning equipment, stationary heat pumps, fire protection equipment, refrigeration units of refrigerated transport vehicles and trailers, and electrical switchgear containing fluorinated greenhouse gases in quantities of 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent or more.
