We will ensure compliance with legal obligations in the field of water protection, such as:
- Execution of the water manager's role
- Water sampling and analysis of drinking water, wastewater, and other waters
- Evaluation of water test protocols
- Conducting leakage tests on tanks, pipeline systems, and emergency reservoirs
- Assessment of the technical condition and functional reliability of tanks
- Monitoring compliance with limits and fulfilling conditions set by decisions of the state water management authority or contractual partner (e.g., sewage company)
- Recommendation of suitable equipment and facilities for handling pollutants
- Proposal of appropriate emergency measures and contents of emergency kits
- Preparation of:
- applications for special water use (water abstraction, discharge of wastewater, etc.),
- applications for consent from the state water management authority,
- Preventive measures plan to prevent uncontrolled release of pollutants into the environment and procedures in case of their release (Emergency Plan),
- operational regulations (e.g., for handling pollutants, storage of petroleum products, oil pollution response plans, etc.),
- operational documentation (operational logbook, etc.),
- notifications and acknowledgments of groundwater abstraction,
- notifications of discharge of wastewater or special waters.
We will handle all legal obligations, including communication with authorities, on your behalf.
As part of the inspection or audit of your operations in water protection, we will prepare proposals for practical solutions and recommendations.
